Aqualane Shores

Aqualane Shores is a waterfront neighborhood in situated between Port Royal and Old Naples. Developed began in the 1950s and still offers new homes being built today. Most homes feature deep-water canal access that leads directly to Naples Bay and the Gulf of Mexico without bridge restrictions. Residents enjoy walkable access to Naples Beach as well as the shopping and dining districts on Third Street and Fifth Avenue South.
